RETURN POLICY

 

We always make sure you receive what you want, but very occasionally things can go wrong.

Maybe the clothes don’t fit or you simply don’t like what you’ve got cause some modifications where made to your order.

What should you do?

Simply return your order!

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID RETURN

 

1. It is within five (5) working days from the delivery date.

2. The item is in NEW condition. Clothing items must be unworn.

3. The item is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, etc.)

4. If the item came with a free promotional item, then the promotional item must also be returned.

5. It is not a part of the list of exceptions (see below).

6. It is accompanied with a complete RETURN FORM.

Note: We cannot accept returns for defective items after 5 working days since delivery. Should you detect any defect with the product and the time frame for returns has elapsed.

HOW TO RETURN

 1. Please state your order I.D, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason (see below) and your preference in regards to voucher refund or bank refund. In case of bank refund kindly provide your full bank details.

2. unknowndesignzz will arrange for retrieval or, in case we do not serve your area directly, we will give you the necessary details to send the item back to us

3. Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item. If a return is invalid, then we will notify you and send the item(s) back to you.

4. After this check, we will proceed with the refund.

Note: We cannot accept returns for defective items after 5 working days since delivery. Should you detect any defect with the product and the time frame for returns has elapsed.

 

REASONS FOR RETURN

When selecting the reason for return on the Return form, please be guided by the following table:

REFUNDS

 

1. The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.

2. In order to make the process as fast as possible, we will refund you via a voucher that can be used only on unknowndesignzz. This voucher is valid for one year.

3. Should you wish for another refund method, please notify us including your bank details.
